A political party is defined as a group of people or communities that come together in order to win an election so that they have the impact if forming the government after an election. The main issue that the political party has is the kind of policies that they bring to the people that they would like to elect them. In order for the political party to win, I is required to have a political party platform; this is a set of issues that the political party is willing to do, and thus I promises the people that it is capable of doing in order to win their confidence so that they can elect the leaders through that particular political party. Riley, W. B., & Luksetich, W. A. (1980). The political party must have a set of policies that it has to use in order to convince the people so that they elect them into the various positions of power. In my analysis, I will consider the analysis of the Republican Party, and first I will consider its domestic policy. Under the leadership of the current president; Donald Trump, the party has had a very controversial domestic policy. This is whereby the party is championing for the domestic policy whereby there has been a lot of implicated discrimination of the minorities in the nation. For example, it was passed that there should be the restriction of the entrance of people in the nation; majorly from some Muslim nations and there would also the restriction of the entrance of migrants into the nation. This has caused a lot of differences between them and human right personnel as the domestic policy is very discriminatory in nature.

Moreover, in the working of the party, there is the economic policy consideration; this is the policy that has an impact on the distribution of wealth and other economic considerations in the nation. In this economic policy, one o the strong points were about the level of employment of the American people. Being one of the largest economies in the world, it has had the impact of attracting many multinationals. This has had the impact of importation of labor to the nation. Due to this result of importation of labor, many of the American citizens have remained unemployed. Thus, as part of the economic policy, the republican policy was towards pushing the multinationals to employ more of the American citizens as opposed o the foreigners. This would have the economic impact of increasing the received income in the economy; thus raising the gross domestic product in the nation; thus improving the economy in the long run. Moreover, in the policies adopted by the Republican Party was he foreign policy. This is the policy that has the description of the manner in which the nation interacts with other nations. The policy has various provisions; ranging from immigration; whereby there was the restriction of the entry of immigrants from any country. Moreover, there was the revision f the international trade agreements whereby the president was determined to revoke any agreements that did not have much to benefit the United States. The underlining fact was that the provisions of the foreign policy by the republican party was toward making America an isolationist; whereby it was inclined towards undertaking most of its activities on its own without the involvement of other nations. Thus, it is evident that a political party, just like the case of the Republican Party, there should be the consideration of the interests of the nation in order to convince the voters to choose its leadership.

2.

There is the consideration of the comparison of the policies that are adopted by the republican and the Democratic Party. This is due to the fact that in their quest to win the confidence of the voters, there was the consideration of the two parties choosing different paths in order to win the votes of the voters. First and foremost, is the consideration of the foreign policy. The democrats were for a system whereby the state would be friendly to other nations; this is by encouraging the importation of labor in the United States and encouraging f mutilations to open more and more businesses in the nation. This was the opposite of what the republicans had in their policy. The republican had this idea of making America great again; they believed that this would be done through putting most of their interests at the forefront of most each and every activity that they undertook. Brown, S. G. (1976). For example, they were more inclined towards making the nation an isolationist; hereby it would undertake its own activities without considering the interests of any other nations. This was the real opposite of the policy that was adopted by the democrats.

Moreover, the other difference was with regard to the policy of the domestic policy that was adopted by the two parties. The Democrats had adopted a policy that was aimed at increasing the good relations that they had with their neighbors and any other foreign nations. This would be done through the improvement of trade and any transfers between the various nations. In this consideration, they would live well with their neighboring states. In the other side, the Republicans adopted a policy whereby they would not associate with any nation that had the different interests.Fr example, there was the idea that there would be built a wall between America and Mexico in order to avoid any movement of people or anything across the nations. This was widely considered as a very poor policy due to the implication that it had such as the deteriorating of the relationship among the various nations. Furthermore, there was the difference in the economic policy whereby the Republican Party was against the flow of labor from the other nations at the expense of the citizens that would be rendered as unemployed. Brown, S. G. (1976). On the contrary, the democrats were for free movement of labor and capital; whereby there would be the free movement f people and any other factor of production across the various nations. Thus, it is evident that despite the fact that both parties have the desire to attract the voters, they use different means; some of which are opposite of one another.
