Computer system is a combination of hardware, software, user and data. The goal of the computer system is to maximise the work that the user is performing. The user of the computer system does not sit in isolation. A user sits at a terminal connected to a computer whereas other users are also accessing computer from different parts of the world. These users can share resources and may exchange information.The internet brings the users to one interconnected world including social networking services like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. These social networks facilitate online communities, where members share interests, swapped files, photographs, videos ,messages , setup blogs etc. Besides all these the user also have a external social environment such as family and colleagues.  

For example, if we take healthcare system, the patient, ie; the recipientof the health care system is not isolated as the health care system includes the health care team which includes the professional care providers, organizations that supports the development and work of care team , the political, economic and familial environment. From the passive recipient of the health care, the individual patient became the active participant in health care delivery system. Along with the social relationships, a therapeutic relation ship is also build for effective treatment and care.
