An explicit health policy can acheive several things ; it defines a vision for the futur ewhich in turn helps to establish targets and points of reference for the shorts and medium term . It ioutlines priorties and the expected roles of diufferent groups , and it builds consensus and informs people.

Public health policy , thse are the fundamental tools that asssit states in the tasks of protecting people from threats to health, preventing disesase and striving for healthy populations

The greatest difference between health policy and public health policy is that the health policy , most of works analyze the results of government policies and programs , some examples are the works on basic care evaluation , an dth eevaluation environmental polices , etc
