Explain the difference between Community health/ Public health / Personal . Which one the the three above has the most impact on getting people healthier, saving lives, and lowering the risk of diseases . and Why?

Public health and Community health may have almost similar goals to prevent and protect people from diseases, and promote a healthy life but the focus of its organization is entirely different the public health center of interest is the entire population while the community health only focuses in a small portion of the group population or a community. Personal health on the other hand is the ability to take care of oneself not only physically but also emotionally, intellectually, socially, spiritually and economically.

In my opinion public health have the most impact on making people healthier, saving lives and lowering the risk of diseases because analyzing the health of a population and the threats is the basis for public health. Health takes into account physical, mental and social well-being. It is not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, according to the World Health Organization. Public health is interdisciplinary. Public health is spreading knowledge and awareness to people for example the common public health initiatives include promoting handwashing and breastfeeding, delivery of vaccinations, suicide prevention and distribution of condoms to control the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
