Clarification:

You need to give two examples that you would find in a disaster or emergency preparedness plan for each of the bulleted items.

fires: an item in a disaster plan may be that all fire doors are held open by magnets and when the alarm sounds the doors automatically close. another example would be that the emergency preparedness plan states that all employees must leave the building through the exit closest to their work area to be accounted for.

Then the same kind of thing for each of the other three items.

In - patient on the other hand '' admitted '' to stay in the hospital overnight or fo ran inderterminant time , usually sveral days or weeks , though in some extreame cases, such as with the coma patient , or those patient which stay in hospital for years , sometimes until death ..

Out - patient

Out patient is a patient who attends the hospital with no plan to stay beyond the duration of the visit , Even if the patient will not be formally admitted with a note as an outpatient , their attendence are still registered and provider will usually give a note explaining the reason for the visit , tests or procedure / surgery .

Ambulatory care service

Ambulatory care or also called as outpatient care . it is a medical care provided on an out patient basis , including diagnosis , observsation , consultation , treatment , intervention , rehabilitation services. This care can include advanced medical technology and procedure even when provided outside of hospitaals .

(2) NATURAL DISASTER

The disaster plan for the natural disaster such as in earthquake,, in this  situation , the buildings should be designs especially in earthquake prone areas in such a manner that they can withstand the stress of earthquake .

The Emergency prepardness plan  that at the time of earthquake , the people go out in open ares , keep itself calm and do not rush and panic . If we are under the building and unable to move , then cover our body head and body with our arms , pillows ,blanket to protect ourself from falling object , And to vsit under the tables , bed ,chairs such objects .

LARGE SCALE ACCIDENTS

The disaster plan in large scale accidents is preventive measures need to be strenthened , improvement in infrastructure for resilence in a hazardious situation . early warning system and regular survivellance are primary requriments . so as to mount an effective ccontrol response in early stages to prevent any large scale accidents .

Th emergency prepardness plan is that the person in this situation , don't be panic and in remain calm and immediately contact with the medical human resources and help others to cope with this situation .

PANDEMICS

In the pandemic situation , the disaster plan is to by preventive public health measures need to be strenthen improvement of sanitary conditions ,. fumigatiuon of vector breading sides and proper disposal of domestic and municipal wastes greatly reduced chances of pandemic spresd of diseases . Contingency plan for dealing with the pandemic that are likely to occur in the reagions .

THe emergency prepardness in this situation , increase the vaccines supplies to the hospitals , more screening test and effective detective measure  should be taken in the primary stage . More vaccines could be transported to the more prone areas and adhere the guidlines of our administration .
