Q.2)Do you know what an aneurysm is?
Answer:
Q.3)Will you be calm after seeing an aneurysm?
Answer:No,Most often the patient present with mild symptoms like abdominal pain or headache.Or it will usually be an accidental finding in a CT or ultrasound.
We have to first confirm its correct location, its size, its adjacent structures, whether it will be compressing anything etc,
Then we go for the clinical condition of the patient. We have to access his age, comorbidities, previous surgeries if any etc.
We have to balance risk with benefit. Then only think about surgical intervention.Otherwise we could follow up the aneurysm.
Q.4)How do you think you will react when you first see the human brain.
Answer:I think that I will surely be surprised. We are going to see a white thing that is about the size of a watermelon which controls the whole body and our thoughts.I wonder how precisely each and every thing inside a brain is constituted. If even a single change will lead to some unusual behaviour in ourselfs.
I will try to touch it once.I wish to see each and everything that we have studied.I am also eager to see whats inside that thing.
I hope that sometimes by touching a real brain changes the one that is inside us....
