Sickle cell anemia is a blood disease caused by inherited abnormal haemoglobin in blood.

1)in that other symptoms of sickle cell anemia are :fatigue,anemia, swelling and inflammations of hand,feet and arthritis.Breathing difficulty.

2)pain level in patient with sickle cell anemia are intermittent painful episodes thast are result of lack of blood supply.this lead to excruciating pain,often requiring hospitalization. The pain typically is throbbing and can change its location from the body area to another.Bones are frequently affected.

A pain crisis can be promoted b preceding dehydration,infection.

pain crises require some time need pain killers and increased fluid intake.

arthritis or joint inflammation is a other type of pain.with the symptom of swelling,tenderness, limited range of motion.this can managed by using analgesics like ibuprofen and aspirin.

3)Teach patient about management of sickle cell crisisby maintain adequate hydration, avoid stressful situations,keep warm.
