PACE PROGRAM :

PACE means programs of all- inclusive care for the elderly.

This programme started in USA for providing comprehensive health services for the individuals above the age of 55 years.

The individual must live in PACE service area , and be certified by the state to need a nursing home care.

PACE programs provide incentives to the health care professionals which is very useful for their tratment.

Most pace patients have 7 diagnosis and treated with expensive home care in pace centers.

It is available all 7 days of a week based on their care plans .

The health care professionals are reimbursed with fixed member per month along with health care . So quality of care is improved.
