Fact:

Ah Wah is a stockbroker. One day, he promoted some financial products to Tai Man who has no experience in buying some financial products. Tai Man asked Ah Wah as to whether the products were high-risk. Instead of answering Tai Man, Ah Wong assured Tai Man that the products could generate good profits to Tai Man and persuaded Tai Man to buy the products immediately. Ah Wah also showed a brochure to Tai Man about the relevant products. There was a statement, in a small print, in the brochure saying that the relevant products were high-risk which Tai Man could not notice. Tai Man then signed an agreement to buy a number of the relevant products. He soon realized that the products were high-risk and demanded to cancel the agreement. Ah Wah refused.

Discuss whether Tai Man can cancel the agreement with Ah Wah.

Since Tai Man has signed the agreement with Ah Wah which contains the fact that the product were of high risk .Although the above fact was mentioned in small print but it was the tai man who should read all the condition mentioned in the brochure whether in small print or large print.thus tai man cannt cancel the agreement on such ground.
