Example :A mother who cooks food her family,when her children's eat in excess than usual out of its taste and deliciousness will have a self satisfaction and happiness, is a form of intrinsic motivation.

Extrinsic motivation is provided by others.It can be rewards,money ,gift,prizes received for an action.
