Hi Anwer:

Presently cancer is one of the deadly disease all over the world. It is a precipitin of common man that once the person got cancer (any type) is the end of life. But its wrong cancer is not the end of life. A patient can fight with cancer having strong will power and positive attitude towards life. Actually during cancer the abnormal growth of the cells took place which is uncontrollable by the cells or in another way we can say that the programmed cell death of the body cells is failed and the cells start dividing in uncontrolled manner. This uncontrolled growth makes tumorsand some time ulcerating cancer wounds develop when cancer tumors growing under the skin and breaks through the skin. The wounds formed by cancer is known as chronic wounds. The normal wound healing is a common process in healthy individual it took place through a series of steps i.e. hemostasis, humoral inflammation, cellular inflammation, angiogenesis, and generation of mature connective tissue stroma. But in case of the chronic wounds the body system didn’t follows these steps and these wounds continuously remain in the inflammatory stage. These chronic wounds may never heal or took several years to heal. Secondly the major causes of chronic wounds is the poor circulation, neuropathy and difficulty moving, old age, and malignancy. In side the chronic wounds the chances of bacterial infection is more higher than normal wound because the body immune system is depressed by the drugs which are given to control the cancer. Another factor behind their non healing property is the presence of more photolytic enzymes (elastase and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs)) concentrations, while the growth factor concentration such as Platelet-derived growth factor and Keratinocyte Growth Factor is lower. Since these growth factor plays important role in wound healing have less concentration o wound is not healed.

Briefly explain what perfect multicollinearity is and how it relates to what is often called the ”dummy variable trap”. This is where if you have multiple binary regressors (variables that are either 0 or 1) to represent a series of groups, you have to leave the variable that represents one of the groups out of the regression.
