Stewardship refers to taking care of an estate, household, resources. For example judicious and efficient use of resources while construction of a building will be called stewardship.

Geometry is a branch of mathematics that deals with shapes, size, desgins, volumes etc.

Now let us the the example mentioned above to understand how geometry can be used to promote stewardship.

Suppose you assigned the task of constructing a building. Now if you are aware of the concept of area you will be able to order the required amount of tiles and bricks according to the area of your estate. Also, the knowledge of lines and angles will help you in designing the water distribution system of the building so that water reaches every required point abs that to with minimum length of pipe. Knowledge of inclined plane will help you in setting up the drainage system. Good understanding of volume will help you in designing the rooms as per the requirement of the resident.
