  1. STREET LIGHTS-street lights are a kind of service which is provided by the government.the street light provides the light to all the passerby irrelevant of income,level of standard of living,age,gender.the street light is installed by government and benefit is served by various people.
  2. PUBLIC PARK-when government construct a public park,then each and everyone is allowed to go there,any one can enjoy the view of nature and benefit to have a walk.
  3. LAW AND ORDER-if anyone want to use the law and order facility provided by the government then the designated authority is liable to provide the service with unbiased nature and this service can be availed by all the income segment of people.

all three services are being provided by the government which are generally financed by the tax payer's money but the service is oriented to maximize the utility of all the persons in the economy whether he pays less or more tax.
