Malnutrition is a condition which arises from taking improper diet and when one or more nutrient are in lesser or more amount than requirement may lead to malnutrition. Malnutrition may arise from lacking nutrient, overfeeding, low brestfeeding etc. Malnutrition is more common in underdeveloped countries than developed. Malnutrition may give rise to serious diseases like diabetes both type 1 and 2 and liver diseases, menstrual cramps etc. Malnutrition may not give rise to chronic diseases in small time and hence proper diet may reverse the effects in early conditions.
