Tonic-clonic seizure is a kind of seizure whereby the muscle stiffness occurs due to abnormal electrical activity of the brain. The child cries and then lost their consciousness. It lasts for 1 to 2 min. Due to jerking movements of arms, the child dropped the object and even sometimes the child may fall when a seizure occurs while standing. the seizure also extends into the throat to make the child to be difficult in speech.
