The most common diagnosis in severe covid 19 patient is severe pneumonia. So if the patient suspected to have corona virus , we must need to assess the respiratory system. Because corona virus is affecting our respiratory system.

Covid 19 is an infectious diseases caused by corona virus . The most common symptoms of covid 19 are fever, tiredness,and dry cough.

MOST COMMON SYMPTOMS

Fever,dry cough, tiredness.

LESS COMMON SYMPTOMS

aches and pains

sore throats

diarrhea

conjunctivitis

headache

lose of taste and smell

rash on skin

discoloration of fingers

SERIOUS SYMPTOMS

covid 19 mostly affected our respiratory system. So respiratory assessment is very significant. Corona virus affecting our lungs, sinus, throat,chest etc. and it causing pneumonia also.
