d) Personality: refers to an individual's strong characteristics that make this person different from others. Personality assessment helps us to explain an individual's behaviour and predict how she/ he will behave future.

e) Values: refers to an individual's strong and lasting beliefs about an ideal mode of behaviour. Assessment of values helps in understanding the dominant values of a person.
