1)This research find out the relationship between parent child interactions. The parent child interactions greatly influence the behaviour of child. This study is most relevant in nursing practice because this is useful to manage a child with mental health problems. Mental health issues in young children is increased day by day, so in order to manage these mental health problems we can apply the research finding. As a nurse we should educate the parents about good parenting and refer the people to parent training programs if necessary. So this research study is most relevant to the actual nursing practice. The result of study used for family therapy and parent counseling.

2)This is mixed type of study. Use the charecterestics of both quantitative and qualitative study .In this study sample is taken from large clinical trials and method used are parent self reporting survey and observe the parent child interactions by taking 15 min vedio .

The purpose is based on the evidence based practice because the study find that parent praise is improve self esteem of child and improve mental health. So this is applicable to pediatric treatments for mental health problems .Evidence based practice focused on the treatment or therapy .by improving the parent child interactions will lead to improve mental health. This study result help to treat child with mental health problems.

4)clinical implications of the research

Now a days mental health problems is Increase in young children. The effective management is essential for treating the condition. The research finding is useful for manage such condition .The research finding state that positive parent child interaction improve self esteem of child and improved self esteem result in good mental health. So we can manage condition with effective parent training programs.

Most relevant setting is people from poor socioeconomic back ground and have poor income and lack of education and parent from depressive mental status.

In my clinical work I used this finding to improve health status of children. Educate the parents regarding importance of positive parent child interaction and advice them to practice in their family.

Referred the parent for a parent training programs. This may help to follow positive interactions and there by increasing mental health of each child
