1- Meal is POACHED RHUBARB WITH YOGURT. It is a good combination of good yogurt and hommade granola. Granola consist of rolled oats , nuts, honey , brownsugars , mix them stirred it to maintain its consistancy.

Incredients - large deep red rhubarb and cut them properly , 2/3 pure mapple syrup, 1quater whole milk greek or yogurt for serving purpose.

How to make- combine rhubarb with mapple syrup along with two tablespoon water in a large skillet, cook and stirr it over low heat and cover loos for proper cooking .

This make rhubarb soft and still able to hold its colour and shape , after 4 to 7 min . cool it completly and serve with yogurt.

Rhubarb is vey good source of vitamin K1 that provide 26 to 37% of daily value and this is very less in calories.
