Do you read nutrition labels to see what is in the food you eat. What would be the four top nutrients in your diet if we were to track your diet?What would your nutrition label be?
Yes, I actually read the nutrition labels of food items to see what is there in the food I eat. I developed this habit only two years back after I started gymming. The four top nutrients in my diet would be protein, omega 3 & omega 6 fatty acids and good carbs from whole grain food item along with optimal quantity of vitamins, minerals and fluid.
