Basically the probable cause hearing prefers to a preliminary hearing and it is required to heppen before the charges filing at which the honourable court hears the testimony so as to find out whether the defendant had committed the crimes alleged on him/her is more likely or not. Now if the court find the probable cause , then procedure of trial will begin .It is a quicker type of proceeding which involve the determination that the base of arrest is valid .This type pf probable cause hearing occurs frequently with an initial apperance.

The aviable method for pretrial release are called as bond and foolwoing are available

  • commercial surety -It is used to make sure that the business owners or the practitioners  upholding local laws and federal that protect consumers from financial harm physical harm  It do not have contracting guarantees associated
  • personal recognizance- Also called as PR bond. It means that the defendant who is alleged for commiting crime is released from jail without required to post any money for his/her bond.
  • conditional release -It  includes additional restrictions, such as reporting to a officer whp is assigned to monitor people on pretrial release, Any other conditions that the judge deems appropriate in order to avoid any new problems or issues
  • unsecured apperance bond
  • cash bond - The defendant will get relased or be bail out by posting the money required for his.her bond
  • other secured bond
