Lots of technologies are advance in the recent years and advancement of health care technology is growing one. The important trends in technologies include

:Electronic health record :the arrival of electronic health record help to store the entire data in a system and the entire data in our fingertips. This electronic health record help to know full details about patient and aid in good decision making

:telemedicine __telemedicine and telehealth is one of the technological advances ,this technology is useful in provide care for patient living in remote areas. In this physician consult patient via vedioconferencing.

:Artificial intelligence __in artificial intelligence, enable the computer to sense, reason, act and adapt. The application of artificial intelligence is in education system help to provide hand on experience to students and other application is use of robot in Patient care and surgery.

3D printing___it is useful in the formation process of building objects such as prosthesis, Medical implant and babysitting of human tissue and organ.

2) Some limitations are there in growth of technology the limitations include,

:high cost for experiments and research ___the development of advanced technology is a complex process that need high expenditure for making process and conducting research. This is one of the major limitations for growing of the technologies.

:decrease acceptance of technology ___Eveey part of the world have different cultures. The culture will affect the acceptance of the technology this affects the growing process of technology.

:less investment to the technological development___it is the responsibility of the country to invest in the process of technological advancements area. This is mandatory for develop the new technologies because the expense is high.

:decreased number of skilled personal :skilled individual is needed for developing new technologies lack of skilled person is the limitations for developing new technologies.

3) The advancement of health care technologies are grown day by day, so the role of managers are also changed, the way of technology affect the role of managers include,
