It focuses on specific requirements of the business's employees which ensures the satisfaction of employees with their work performance. Marketing department, senior management and some other departments comes under the internal marketing.

Relationsship marketing is also a part of holistic marketing. As relationship marketing has the constituents i.e., customers, employees, marketing partners and the members of financial community, internal marketing process is uncomplete. Both works with an aim of maximum satisfaction of customers and employees. Both focuses on better Customer relationships . Internal marketing is important to relationship marketing as it takes all important decisions regarding management of products. It aims at resolving or reducing the conflicts across the business. It focuses on coordination among internal departments so that they can achieve the target of efficiency and satisfaction.
