CMA refers to certified medical assistance and RMA is registered medical assistance. Both the test have 3 categories: General, administrative and clinical.

Once plan on which certification is right for me, have to plan time to study practice tests and supplemental materials available to aid in preparation & plan to go with the sample tests available with the agency and there by assess our level of knowledge and to focus on areas which i have least idea. The practice test session help in improving the speed and concentrating on time and being familiar with the test format . Their are diffferent online practice test available , which help to practice the 200-210 question in required time limit.

One week subject study session and weekend online practice test for a month or 2 help to built up the confidence and in self assessment and to concentrate on topic in which i have least knowledge and to learn and glance on the same for a daily basis for 5 days in a week and on weekends practice seesions help to improve the drawbacks.

Discussing with seniors who have cleared the CMA and RMA online test . Have to enquire about their preparation schedule, and experience, collect their practice materials help us to plan for prepartion for the test.

Also plan the weekend leisure time with colleagues who are preparing for RMA , CMA credential test and use those time to discuss on topics so far prepared help to refresh the knowledge and help each other on our weak subject.

So, the schedule which will help to bring a positive outcome include: self preparation by glancing subject knowledge, online practice session, Discussion with colleagues who prepare for CMA/RMA credential test and enquiring experience of seniors who cleared the credential test.
