Take vaccination each year to prevent an attack of flu which is an important and prior step in prevention.
Avoid close contact with those who are unwell. If you are unwell, stay away from others to prevent spreading flu.
In order to prevent community spread, be at home if you are suspecting flu.
Flu usually spread through droplets or unclean hands. So, your mouth and nose should be covered either with a tissue or towel, when coughing or sneezing to prevent others from getting ill. Wear a mask whenever u are in contact with another person.
With the help of an alcohol-based hand rub or soap, your hands should be cleaned often which is one of the best ways to prevent flu. Don't touch your face,eyes, or nose with unclean hands.
Disinfect your place constantly, sleep for 8 hours at night, exercise daily, manage your stress, take a lot of oral fluids, and eat a well- balanced diet.
