I am an assistant training manager at XYAB corporation which is a manufacturer of various kinds of heavy equipments and machines. My roles are to design training modules to shop floor workers and other people. I am also involved in scheduling and resource acquisition to display my duties and responsibilities.  

I have observed two such variables which are positively correlated to each other. These are work performance and training imparted. A worker getting training and skill development activities from my organization shows better performance results. A regular training interventions lead to successful career development to them . Training helps in fullfilling the gaps of work related knowledge and capabilities among workers.

Two variables which are negatively correlated :

When we have reduced the incentives, workers agitations and indisciplines at workplace has increased significantly. There was an inverse relationship between these two set of variables. Getting a low incentive generally increases the dissatisfaction among employees. It causes the above inverse relationship.
