Fed up

Fed up was an eye-opening documentary for me. In this world, people are malnourished due to overeating, at the same time people are malnourished because they have nothing to eat. The new generation only cares about pleasure. Children inclcuding adults are running behind sugar moreover money. But they should be taught that everything you eat is sugar- glucose. Our body wants energy, but our brain wants taste. They should be taught that everything after it leaves the tongue, tastes the same to the body. Every man is a farmer. But the industry says " don't farm, we will farm for you ", this is what kills us. In the new era business maker rich, richer.

Obesity Obesity is common. Its deadly when it comes to the side effects of obesity. It kills more people than shootouts. " They don't really care about us", the industries do this. Eat what your body wants not your mind. Always remember you are the master of your body and your mind. Help the starving to fill their belly, so that we can fill our belly with happiness and our body with health. The change starts within. Educate our kids not to take food but to give food.

Our food should be our medicine and our medicine should be our food- Hippocrates Teach our kids, to eat what their body wants and not, what they want. If you don't eat food as medicine, you'll have to eat medicine as food. Change the diet from packed foods to unpacked, make your food by yourself. In this case, you know what you are eating and with your belly you fill your your hearts. Children are the future, but they are made the past in the present. They are forced down by the diet. By adulthood, kids will suppressed by addiction.

"It's all about choices" Parents are the role models of the kids. They teach the kids what to eat and what not to. A boy from country and city knows the difference, it's because they are brought up in a different way. Parents find it easy to buy food than cook it. this is like buying love for money. Food is food when it fills the hearts with love. Don't buy products, but make them by your own. This helps you cultivate what you want to eat, but moreover teaches your children why it's necessary. Every bit of soil is like gold, except it doesn't give you money but happiness because it's filled with life.

Being healthy   Being healthy is an option. Obesity is not the cause of disease. It is the failure to act accordingly.  Business makes money. It makes rich richer. The industries makes billions by doing the business. The addiction is the worst part. The government only plays politics. The private sector only cares about money.
