As there is a very popular saying that 'Health is Wealth',so the health status of a nation is very very crucial in todays world.This can directly impact the National income of any nation,its growth and development,peace and prosperity,wealth etc. of any nation.This issue is a matter of utmost concern and needs to be acted upon urgently.When we talk of health,there are 3 stages of health problems among the people and they need to be acted upon accordingly.

In order to improve the health status of any nation we need to act upon simultaneously but separately and this can be done by opting for proper measures,planning etc.Some ways to achieve the aforesaid goal are mentioned as follows.This goal can be achieved when different actions are taken effectively and collectively.The very first step includes planning,analysing,accessing and identifying the basic hindrances and drawbacks in the pathway and adopt proper action plan.This can be acheived by more emphasising on the matter of public health,policy makers need to make and implement such policies and programmes that can address our major and common concerns and problems pertaining to natiions health.At first the government should aim at prevention of diseasees,this can be done through organising public awarenes programmes,educating them and encouraging them to opt for healthy lifestyle,making public health an integral part of education system.Secondly the govt. needs to increase the budgetary allocations to health programmes.It can focus on levels of prevention.People should be having regular health check ups and should be advised further accordingly.Also proper medical facilities and infrastructure needs to be developed in the public domain by developing hospitals and best possible medical services,qualified doctors at a cheaper rates and in an effective way.We need to change our approach towards towards the issue of health.It is necessary to ensure easy,accessible and affordable health services to each and every single person of any nation.Amonst the primary prevention measures can be the most effective and efficient which includes regularly practicing YOGA and much more.
