1. Heritage: As per the domain of Purnell Model this is a concept of one's origin and it is vital in understanding both the individual and the patients. When we workin an environment where the patient or the co-workers may be from other religion or culture , we need to respect their belief as we respect ours.

2. Communication: Communication is very important as it helps in taking better decisions. Communication within the family is an open talking where all family members and so a good decision can be taken. Communication with relatives and friends is usually with phone calls or any get together or family function where we all meet together.

3. Family dynamics/roles: The decisions are usually made by the head of the family that is usually the father. After the discusions the final decision is made by the head of the family.

4. Work force issues: Usually before only the men used to earn money in our society but noe there is equity given that is both the irls and boys can study and earn for their living.

5. Biology: People of our place are usually dusky and wheatish skin tone. Medium built. All have black hair mostly long and lengthy.

6. High risk behaviours: Like alcohol intake is very common in most people of our place. Some make it a habbit and is addicted wich creats a lot of family issues.

7. View of nutrition: Nutrition becomes impotant as some cultures do not prefer meat or poultry which can hindre their rotien in the body . Some people do not preer vegetables which can reduce the vitamins and minerals in the body. So all types are equally important in the body.
