What is your impression of Eron? What legacy does it leave for the business world?

My impression on Eron is that it is the company which saw the peak high and also the lowest point any business will ever see. It is one of the largest business in US until its bankruptcy in 2001. The only thing I found interesting is that even after applying for bankruptcy also the company sold all its assets and tried to settle money for its creditors which is the good and the best thing that organization did. I found that company stood with ethical values that not to cheat it's people who believe that company.

The legacy that company leave for the business world is that insider trading is not done in the company, see that there are no frauds done by using account technique and also see that even if there is problem never try to cheat people who stood and had faith you. This three things any business can learn from Eron.

The legacy that every large corporation will have its loop holes is once again proved with Erin which made both the government and people to see that these type of frauds should be taken with strict action. Business learnt a lesson that insider trading should be avoided as these are the ways where people loose faith on company.
