If you were creating the perfect benefits plan, what questions would you want answered before you purchased a group life insurance plan for your employer to offer employees?
Questions to be asked may include:
1. What kind of life insurance plan do you need? Should it be term insurance or only mdical insurance or life cover?
2. What is the budget allocated?
3. What is their expectation form this plan?
4. What offers they have received till date from any other company?
5. Whom all (family members of employee) do they want to insure through this plan?
6. What is the term life they are looking at, i.e. renewal plan?
7. What is the margin that I'll get?
8. What is the number of employees that needs to be insured?
