Given :
diameter of the steering wheel,
maximum rotational speed of the wheel,
time taken by the wheel to stop,
And by the basic definition we know that acceleration is the rate of change in velocity of the object. Since there is no moiton of the point in the direction normal to the direction of rotation and hence the normal acceleration is zero.
