Using the nursing process as a framework, plan the care of a client with Allergic skin condition (Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema/contact dermatitis) .Infectious skin condition

Patient may suffer from altered body image related to allergic skin changes.

So the nursing process include provide emotional and psychological support to the patient, Provide appropriate health education about the disease condition. Amd also provide psychological support abot body image. They may be isolated from the society due to the altered body image so make support and active them in social activities.

Social isolation is the another problem due to this disturbed body image. So introduce them into peer group and suppotive groups.

As they are skin infections there are more chance to transfer into others, so we need to take appropriate percusions to avoid the risk of infection transmission. Make sure that the articles used by the patient is properly cleaned and stored away from other articles. Provide separate articles to the patient.

To reduce tye symptoms or allergic diseases use of medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
