ANS- In that case due to some couses patient got arrest after cpr he revived and he has no spontaneous breath he need artificiall ventilation but their lungs is fuctioning good so abg values ( PH 7.27, PaCO2 34 mmHg, PaO2 99 mmHg while bagging with 100% oxygen.)is minimal respiratory acidosis .for this situation continue mechanical ventilation as per required .
as per IBW their weigh is =45.5+2.5number of inches over 5 feet
=45.5+2.512
=45.5+30
=75.5 kg
ventilater setting shoud be initialy tidal volume 420 to 450 ml,peep 5,fio2 100% rr rate14.
as per patient conciousness the ventiletor can be weaning off as per required if patient take full spontaneous breath and heamodynamically stabel and stop every inotropic support may be plan for remove tube.
