What nutritional rcommendations would you provide to someone trying to improve his/her exercise workout..... and why?
Ans) The person who is trying to improve his/her exercise workout needed to more careful upon the intake of food. Spending more time in exercise means that more energy needed. So, before workout the person must intake high quality and quantity of food than his previous nutritional chart which containing greater amount of Carbohydrate (low fats cereals), protein, fats and remain hydrated. It is wise to eat 2 hours prior to workout. The intake food must not be deep fried carbs. or protein. During exercise it is always recommended to remain hydrated. Dehydration during exercise is harmful.

Fats is required for the abosorbance of various minerals which is essential for the metabolic pathway for the digestion of carbohydrate, proteins, lipids.
The nutritional charts depends on the type of exercise or workout done by him/ her. For generatiomal exercise it recommended to take food in general containing good amount of carbohydrate (cereals), proteins (boiled chicken, vegetables), fat free yogurt, milk and most important is to remain hydrated.
After exercise it is recommended to intake proteins and fats. The muscle which is broken down in the process of workout needed to be replenishing by regeneration. Hydration is important during this phase also.
