Collective bargaining is the agreement between the single employer Oran association of the employers on the one hand and labor union on the other hand .It is the most common type of bargaining,it involve zero sum negotiation that means one side win and the other loss. There are different types of collective bargaining distributive ,integrative , or corporative. , productivity , composite bargaining. Objectives of collective bargaining are : *To provide an opportunity to the workers to voice. *To reach a solution that is acceptable. *To maintain cordial relationship. *To prevent strike and enhance productivity. *To maintain stable and peaceful organization . *To develop healthy work atmosphere. Principal of union and management in bargaining. It should offer to trade union leaders an opportunity to present to the managements. There should be an honest,responsible leadership for bargaining . There should be mutual confidence and good faith.

Impact of Collective bargaining on employee in two ways positive and negative. positive impact *Bargaining provide security to workers. *Help to employer to reduce strikes. *It provide voice to employee. *Reduce favoritism and bias . *If it was successful productive bargaining work hours with pay is increase.
