The impact of pandemic influenza outbreaks can be reduced by awareness program .And public should be educated from base level. Each and every step should be explained to them. They should be advised not to be panic and have to deal the situation wisely. This means having a comprehensive plan ,that has been tested and refined through conducting exercise, engaging whole of society. Communication will be one of the most challenging task during an out break and should be planned in advance.,

Focus on primary health care to improve access to quality essential services. Work toward sustainable financial protection .Improve access to essential medicine and health products. Train work force and advice on policies. Improve monitoring and data information.

Prepare for emergency by identifying, mitigating, and managing risk. Prevent emergency and support development of tools necessary during outbreak. Detect and respond to acute health emergency. Support delivery of essential health services.

Finally proper surveillance should be done such that each step is properly implemented.
