Assume that Tina is enjoying the day as a passenger on her boyfriend's Harley motorcycle and then, unexpectedly, the motorcycle crashes leaving both riders injured and in the hospital. Explain what liability Tina's boyfriend has for his girlfriend's injuries and medical bills, if any.

If the fault for the accident is of the boyfriend's then he have to bear the expenses of Tina along with his which is his insurance is shared with her. If the crash is not his fault but it is the fault of the opposite vehicle then that person will give their insurance to both Tina and her boyfriend. Hence the liability of her boyfriend depends on the situation of the crash and the reason and also both must have proper safety gear and must be following safety rules.
