But the role of nurse leader is distinct from nurse manager as they design, implement, and evaluate patient care by coordinating, delegating, and supervising the staffs.They use fun, engaging activities to keep everyone motivated and boost team morale. Nurse leader assume the responsibility of one purticular unit. An organized health system means maintenance of harmony between humanistic caring and administrative aspects of the organization. This system includes the hierarchy system from service units to organizational and managerial units. Implementation of bureaucratic caring with systematic planning can significantly increase clinical involvement and supports patient safety practices.
