gender gap means the gap between men and women in various terms.
There is a difference on the basis of the wage payment among men and women.
There is a difference on the basis of their education.
Another difference on the basis of the distribution of social benefits.
The difference on the basis of the priorities given in society.
The difference on the basis of the preference given in the political environment and economic environment.
In the United States labour market and family policies the gender gap plays an important role by differentiating the role of men and women in the society in various aspects it is not only a single term that is used to differentiate but there are various things which are applicable equally to differentiate the working and the income equality among men and women.
The COVID-19 pandemic on labour market outcomes impacted men in women differently because this pandemic basically reduces the overall productivity of the economy.
All the economies of all the country ensured the global economy is suffering a lot due to this COVID-19 pandemic and to overcome this now all the organisations are thinking to increase the productivity but at least cost so in this particular situation there are some criteria in front of the organisations.
Like organisations are basically thinking about the higher efficiency and on the basis of this they look forward to words the human resource in the form of men but when we talk about the presence of women then the thinking of organisations is totally different as there is a huge payment difference between men and women so as per the cost-cutting and efficiency organisations are going to prefer the working criteria of women but as per the efficiency they are looking for men human resource as a high efficient worker with flexible timings in the economy.
Therefore it is important to understand that both the workers are important but from the organisation point of view if they are working as per the cost efficient manner then the combination of men and women labour force is mine fully considered so that it will provide some equality in the society with proper productivity and efficient manner.

Without the labor movement, the system serves workers only in some industries or fails to offset the power of the owners and managers of capital. But why is the...
