The arms and ammunition manufacturing company utilizes the information technology in order to process its business in an effective and efficient way. The use of information technology for such purpose should be restricted within the industry. It should not be open to the public as it may create harmful impact on the country. For example, if the procedure to prepare a massive destruction bomb is available to the public through the means of information technology, then many person may try to make bombs for personal use. This will create violence in the country. So there are certain resources which should be restricted in terms of information technology to the specific industries or defence systems. We can live without such kind of Information Technology relating to the manufacturing, research and development of heavy arms and ammunition.
