RECOMMENDATION 1: The employer should tie up with the local hospitals in their area of operations in which the employees of the employer can take free healthcare or healcare with a nominal prices. The Employer should make a mutual aggrement with the Various Hospital nearby their Operating areas and the Hospital can Issue special Card to the Employees with unique ID, which helps employer to identify the how many employees have used this benefit and cost allocation.

RECOMMENDATION 2: Alternatively the company can also tie up with the few Health insurance company to give some special plans to their employee with lower rate and the difference can be compensated by the employer as a part of salary paid to employee.

RECOMMENDATION 3: Also, Company can issue discount vouchers to their employee of the hospitals when they are in the need.

I have discussed 2 recommentdation and also provided one extra recommentdation. You have not mention the Words limit and so i dont know how much in details you require. However i have provided with the basic Details and you can further elloborate this as per your requirement. Like in recommendation 1 I have mention Mutual Aggreement, you can extend it by putting the clauses and terms in aggreement.
