Healthcare policy is a process that includes definable steps in a desirable sequence.The process will be universally relevant and enduring.Physicians play an essential role in decision making process.Learning to follow desired approaches at each step facilitates and improves the quality and pertinance of health care for which it is a tough task.I have some good and bad experiences by which the quality of the work will get affected.For an example let us take a policy of infection control in hospitals.The information includes all the antibiotic susceptibility testing of drugs in microbiology department.A microbiologist prepares an antibiotic policy for which it should be followed by all the physicians who treat patients.Some doctors as easy to understand and support you for your work for which some will not at all listen and follow their own policy which can hinder the quality of patients and healthcare system.

But learning and understanding them is a good experience ,the general public can only get involved in research oriented policies.Thus the healthcare policies and decision making process constitutes a key component of the improvement and reform of healthcare,which is currently under much critical situation.
