With the help of nearby communities, the area is conserved with large green cover, suitable for native vegetations and for maintaining the geographical assets.

The weaknesses include that the people of community has to use the water of this Bronx river which is of poor quality. Along with this the quality of habitat is also low. Due to presence of industries nearby, contamination of various types is faced by the community.

The community needs to be supported by the government or other related bodiea for their development and quality life. Their assets as the Bronx river should be maintained genuinely, so that the native aspects are not disturbed.
