The Truth About Nursing" or "Johnson and Johnson" listed in my course announcement and discuss a method used in their campaign to promote the nursing profession. Do you think the method is effective? why or why not?
Nursing is considered as a novel profession . By opting to choose it as a carrier you are taking a responsibility of unbiased and quanlity service for people. It always considered as a selfless job. The job which gives us a opportunity to directly come in contact with people who are suffering through any kind of disease and needs immediate personal care and guidance. It's a privilege to be part of such a novel profession. So large group of candidate want to be a part of it who believes they can contribute for the medical field and help people. Such jobs never actually needs a advertisement but similarly if I consider those group of students who don't have chance to get opportunity or guidance how to proceed with their careers these students need some kind of platform which provides basic guidance for joining nursing field. Similarly we should avoid those websites which misleads students based on unnecessary advertisement and taglines which can spread wrong information for young students.
In my opinion educating students is important when it comes to providing them guidance but again posting unnecessary information with regards for such novel profession is merely misleading for students and even the exact message regarding the subject will not be communicated among needy students.
