Prenatal assessment

Every women goes through a stage that is pregnancy. It is remarkable period in her life. It is very important to give a good healthy life for the baby and mother in the world. When the baby in the womb itself, the mother, family and healthcare team provides care for the baby. How means, that is prenatal assessment. Prenatal period is from, when she conformed as pregnant to when she delivers the baby. So mainly during these period, on the first 3 months, mother will be very carefully, because risk for abortion is more in that period. So first itself blood routine, urine routine, serologucal tests, scanning etc are conducting. If there is any abnormal variation in lab values, then doctors treats that also. Through out the gestation period, feral weight and fetal heartbeat will monitored. And the iron, calcium supplements become part of their life. Two doses of TT vaccine compulsory in that period. 3,5,9 months have scanning, and depending on healthcare setting number of scanning changes.Here the local health sectors or maternity heakthcare centres provides all care and guidance needed for the pregnant and family. Blood sugar, blood pressure, thyroid conditions also monitoring properly.

For a healthy baby, prenatal assessment have a significant role. Because some illiterated people may not aware about, what should care taken by them during that period. Nowadays health system developed, so that each care will reach to the all class of people's. So buy that a healthy nation can build up.
