As the Principal Training Manager of a public sector organisation, what processes will you employ to undertake an effective training program on COVID-19 for employees in the organization?

Training process comprises of a series of steps that need to be followed systematically to have an efficient training program.The training is a systematic activity performed to modify the skills,attitudes and the behavior of an employee o perform a particular job.

There are different methods of training process. 1.Technology based learning. 2.Simulator. 3.On the job training. 4.Coaching and Monitoring. 5.Lectures. 6.Group discussion and tutorial. 7.Role playing. 8.Management games. 9.Out door training. 10.Films and videos. 11.Case studies. 12.Planned readings.

As organization manager I prefer the on the job training with demonstration. like Providing manuals about COVID 19 encourage them to go through it , Trainers go through the job description to explain duties and answer questions . On the job training gives employees motivation to start the job ,people learn more effectively if they learn ands on ,rather than listening to instructor.
