As per the juvenile justice system, juveniles are not matured and not equal to adult standards. children under 12 not have been charged with crimes, because they do not know what is right and wrong, they do not know the reason for their actions. children must be held responsible for their behavior. if they are not developed with a sense of morality they should be taught. they may not have a sense of connection with society. but they need to take responsibility for moral action they should be rehabilitated because they are too young. but at the age of 7, they develop an internal conscience. they will have a good sense of what they should not do and what is wrong. children in this age need to learn structure and rules to deal with situation outside the world. It provides them with help at the right age to grow with criminal responsibility. criminal responsibility is raised from 10 into the criminal justice system backfires because it criminalizes them. poor parenting and lack of school exposure might decrease the children's moral responsibility.
