Answer-Compared with Non Hispanic group Hispanic have HIGHER RATE OF TYPE 2DM by abnormal glucose metabolism. 3.8% of Hispanic between 22 and 44 years, 23.9%of Hispanic s between 45to 74 years had DM. Non Hispanic people was 1.6 %for 20-44 years and 12 % for 45-74 years respectively. The Mortality rates from DM OF HISPANIC COMMUNITY 36.9%/100,000 COMPARED WITH 21.8%/100, 000 OF NON HISPANIC COMMUNITY. HYPERTENSION-HISPANIC GROUP HAVE POOR BLOOD PRESSURE CONTROL THAN NON HISPANIC GROUP. 30.6% in Hispanic community and 25 percent in Non Hispanic. CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES-Mortality rate from CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES are Lower than that of Non Hispanic. 196/100000 of people in Hispanic, 255.5/100000 of Non Hispanic. CANCER-Lower Cancer incidence than Non Hispanic INCLUDING BREAST CANCER, LUNG CANCER, PROSTATE CANCER, COLON AND RECTAL CANCER. HISPANIC have Higher rates of CERVICAL AND STOMACH CANCER. 134.9/100000 of Hispanic compared with 200.6/100000 of Non Hispanic. *CULTURAL BELIEVES- THAT A LACK OF ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE HAS ON HISPANIC. *The Cost for health care in US are high it may leads to lack of treatment in Economically poor people. -Health Insurance is Highly Expensive so it Can not Accepted by Low economic standard People. . _Health Disparities according to Race and Ethnicity are the main Public health issues in US. _Health disparities refers to high rate of illness and injury.
