The multi-disciplinary public health training is an international public health concern. Hence government health policy is emphasizing on the development of multi-disciplinary public health activity to improve the overall nation’s health.
It is seen through research that non-medical public health specialists are major barrier in development of an effective multi-disciplinary public health approach as they do not have the comprehensive training professional development skill.
Three is compulsion of regional medical training to become a nationally recognized five year specialist registrar for inclusion to the General Medical Council specialist register.
Henceforth in the series a number of structured training schemes are developed for nonmedical background professionals also in some NHS regions to achieve the goals of an effective multi-disciplinary public health specialist workforce.
Furthermore there is need of different levels of training, skills and experience to fulfill these roles and responsibilities effectively.
In this chain the training in public health medicine is well established & funded compared with public health training for other specialized groups and to comply these needs the Multi-disciplinary Public Health Forum are established.

Nursing Informatics has a crucial role in Promoting Quality of Health Care as well as in offering appropriate patient education as it is well known that in these dynamic health systems, technology plays an important role in education and nursing work.
Furthermore Nursing informatics has been measured a specialization in nursing as it covers patient care, human-computer interaction, imaging informatics, electronic patient records, and e-learning processes effectively in healthcare system.
At the end I will conclude that these major disciplines along with the nursing informatics have effectively contributed to public health informatics in the healthcare system worldwide.
But still there is need of inclusion of some other novel disciplines in it to empower more and more such systems in health industry.
